Discuss a case
or get in touch

If you would like to discuss a patient, check whether a procedure may be suitable for on-site surgical support, or request the current fee schedule, get in touch.

You do not need to be certain that a patient is suitable for surgery before making contact. Informal case discussion is always welcome, including when you are simply unsure what the best next step may be.

If you simply want to check availability, call, WhatsApp or email before sending the full clinical history. You do not need to complete the case form just to make an initial enquiry or to find out whether Maciej may be available.

Clinical history and available imaging can be sent using the form below. For larger imaging files, a WeTransfer link can be included instead.

Useful to include
01
Clinical history
Relevant examination findings, treatment and current concerns.
02
Available imaging
Radiographs, CT or other imaging where available.
03
Your question
What you would like to discuss or the procedure being considered.
WhatsApp case discussion group

Discuss orthopaedic cases with other veterinary surgeons

We are creating a WhatsApp group for veterinary surgeons who would like to discuss orthopaedic cases, ask questions and share clinical experience in an informal professional setting.

The group is intended to make case discussion easy — whether you have a specific orthopaedic question or simply want another opinion on the options available.

Ask to join on WhatsApp

Confidentiality & consent
Protect client and patient information

Do not post identifiable client or patient information, photographs, radiographs, CT images or other clinical images unless the client has given explicit consent for them to be shared.

Wherever practical, case information should still be anonymised before posting, even where consent has been obtained.

Case-specific imaging or information that is not appropriate for a group discussion can instead be sent directly using the case form below.

Providing the key clinical details at the outset makes it easier to review the case and respond with useful advice.

Large imaging files?

WeTransfer is a file-transfer service that can be used to send larger files such as radiographs, CT studies or other imaging that may be too large to attach directly to this form.

Upload the files to WeTransfer, create a shareable download link, then copy and paste that link into the field below.

Don't have everything ready? Send the information currently available. Additional imaging or case details can be provided afterwards if required.
